Dongfang Hotel Guangzhou stands nearby the pretty Liuhua Park and Yuexiu Park. The subway line No. 2 can be reached by a several-minute walk. Guangzhou Railway Station is a 5-minute transfer away. The bustling Beijing Lu Pedestrian Street can be reached by a 15-minute drive. Hotel shuttle buses go to Guangzhou East Railway Station for free in 30 minutes and reach the airport in a drive of 40 minutes. Pazhou Exhibition Centre is a 30-minute drive away.
The enormous hotel consists of two wings that are a 10-minute walk from each other. As the hotel opened early, the newly-renovated building is advised for better condition. Rooms are spacious and clean and come with all necessary modern facilities and some traditional displays.
