The Linden Centre sits in Xizhou Town and is a 30-minute drive away from Dali Old Town.
This boutique inn, a former merchant's residence, is tastefully restored by an American couple. This traditional Bai courtyard home complex is full of original artworks, wood carvings and antiques. A long list of interesting activities is available like the local markets' visit, horse cart to Erhai Lake, tea plantation visit and cultural classes, etc. A library, movie room, small exercise facility, museum displaying the local architecture, gallery, game room and gardens and rooftop patio with rural views won't dull your stay here at all. Rooms with the local elegant decoration feature a private bathroom, comfortable mattress and free Wi-Fi, etc. Television is not provided in rooms.
