Shangri-La Golden Flower Hotel is not centrally located and yet a cheap 10-min taxi drive can take you to Xi'an city center. Main attractions like Terracotta Warriors, Tomb of Emperor Jingdi, Great Goose Pagoda and airport can be reached about 40-min drive. Supermarkets and commercial shops bustle nearby.
The hotel furnishing is a bit dated due to its early operation but its detailed service can also make up for it: complete room amenity, room's free coffee and tea, prompt telephone service, eager-to-please staffs, etc.
