373 Parks in Beijing Open to the Public for Free on 1st October

373 parks in Beijing will open to the public for free on 1st October, including Beijing Botanical Garden, Xiangshan Park, Winter Palace, Temple of Earth, Dragon Pool Park, etc. Among them, 40 parks that originally require admission offer free entry on the very day of 1st October.

Besides the 373 parks, Temple of Heaven, Chaoyang Park, Beijing Garden Expo, Taoranting Park and Yuyuantan Park will hold garden activities from 09:00-17:00 on the National Day. And they will all close for preparation from 12:00 at noon on 30th, September for the next day's garden activities.

Meanwhile, specific ticket is required to visit some popular parks on the National Day (like Summer Palace, Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, Beijing Zoo) to ensure a safe visit of the gardens. So visitors that have visit agenda on the 1st October are advised to pay attention to the detailed situation of each park.
