Chengdu Became The Forth Aviation Hub In China

Chengdu Shuangliu Airport has reached an annual capacity of over 40 million passengers in 2015 and became the forth aviation hub in mainland China following Beijing Capital Airport, Shanghai Pudong Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. By mid-December, 165 domestic air routes and 85 international air routes connect the city to 192 domestic and foreign destinations. The construction of Chengdu's second airport--Chengdu Tianfu Airport is scheduled to start in 2016.
