China domestic airlines have been recruiting more and more foreign attendants to try to advance the international service. And now, foreign airlines also increasingly adopt the same measure to promote their service for Chinese passengers. Nowadays the vast Chinese market and countless Chinese passengers, in some sense, have become the energy to escape from the air craft industry downturn. As the tourism season's coming, "Chinese Service" will be a powerful competitive advantage.

The international planes start to cater to the Chinese's taste by offering Chinese cuisines. SERVAIR, Paris aircraft catering company, sets up a special department to provide Chinese foods. Nowadays it daily offers 1,500 shares of Chinese food. The staffs from the department can speak Chinese.

In Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), staffs who speak Chinese and Cantonese are available to assist Chinese passengers in transferring. And this is just a part of "2009 Focus China" plan. A special group with 20 staffs of Air France compiled a brochure about Chinese style service base on customer survey. Each and every of the all 1,500 staff has got this brochure to know about China rather than the 800 staff of China route for the possibility of Chinese passengers at other routes.

Moreover, Air France has the "Chinese Day" and "Chinese Ambassador" activities, and demonstrates various scenes that may occur. 1,200 ground crews in Charles de Gaulle Airport have known well the service requirement of Chinese passengers.
