Dali-Lijiang Railway has come into use before the 60th anniversary of PRC. The rail, located in the north western part of Yunnan province, stretches form the Dali east station, passes through Xiyi and Heqing and finally ends at Lijiang. Its overall length spans about 162 km and the design speed reaches120 km/h. The railroad will surely benefit tourists and is also an important infrastructure program for the local development and construction.
