Tourists that choose to enter the scenic area by cost-free bicycle instead of coach or car could get the tour voucher issued by Hangzhou government. Released by the relevant officer of Hangzhou Bus Group, there are now 1380 free bicycle service lots in Hangzhou city and the number will increase to 1600 and about 40,000 free bicycles will be offered. In order to facilitate the bike return, round-the-clock service lots will be raised to 20. It is estimated that daily renting of free bicycle will amount to 160,000 person-times during the great National Day holiday.
