Harbin-Qiqihar High-speed Rail To Start Operation In August

Harbin-Qiqihar high-speed rail, the northernmost high-speed rail in China, has made trial runs recently and is estimated to put into service in August. Trains on this line can operate under extreme weather conditions like frigid as low as forty degrees below zero Celsius. The rail links Harbin North and Qiqihar South in 1.5 hours with stops at Zhaodong, An'da, Daqing East, Daqing West, Taikang and Hongqiying East.
