Lugu Lake Airport is Expected to Open in 2013

Lugu Lake Airport in Yunnan province is under construction and it is estimated to open in 2013. The airport, 25 km from Lugu Lake and 50 km from the Ninglang County, will offer flight services to Kunming, Guangzhou, etc. By then, the tourists no longer have to take the usual 6-hour bus from Lijiang to reach this mysterious Mosuo tribe area.
