Namsto Lake Starts To Freeze In November

Namsto Lake in Tibet, the highest salt-water lake in the world, starts to freeze in November. There are direct shuttle buses available for tourists to see the frozen lake surrounded by snowy mountains. This frozen lake is expected to thaw in summer around next April or May. Seeing only two seasons, Namsto Lake is at its best in summer and is also attractive with icy scenery in winter.
