Air China Opened A Non-Stop Flight Between Beijing And Lhasa

On July 10, Air China became the first one to initiate the non-stop flight between Beijing and Lhasa. Compared to the usual flight transfer via Chengdu, the non-stop flight helps the passengers save about 2 hours and spare the various transfer procedures. It is reported that this Airbus A330 Jumbo Jet flight takes less than 4 hours, departing the Beijing Airport at 7:00 a.m. and landing in Lhasa Gonggar Airport at 10:50 a.m. The daily direct flight is at the moment the only one that flying straightly from Beijing to the world's roof --Lhasa.
