Shanghai Tourists Information Center Opened in Pudong Airport

In order to greet the Shanghai World Expo 2010, many efforts are made to improve urban public service to bring more convenience for increasing worldwide visitors.

Two information centers have been arranged near the exits of T1 and T2 terminal of Shanghai Pudong Airport. 6 "e" tourist multimedia touch-screen systems, 2 computers for tourism information researching, and information shelves with tourist information in different language versions like Chinese, English, Japanese, Korea, Italian and French are freely provided for the travelers in this 2 information centers.

Up to November in 2009, Shanghai has already set up 37 tourists information centers. More centers are blueprinted to arrange in T3 terminal of Hongqiao Airport, the Expo Sites, Chen Yi Plaza on the Bund and other tourists distribute centers. Starred hotels and main chain hotels will also be equipped with 400 "e" tourist multimedia touch-screen systems to provide Expo tourists with faster and more convenient Shanghai tourism information.
