Fee for Train Ticket Refund will be Cut to 5% from 20%

China ministry of railways declared that three new measures will be taken to facilitate the train passengers. One measure is that from 25th, September the fee for ticket refund will decrease from 20% to 5% of the ticket's original value and the lowest fee will be set at RMB 2. The other measure is that online ticket sale system will gradually be applied to fast trains by the end of September. Besides, the national hot line "12306" and railway on-line website will be at the service of the passengers providing the train information like the schedule, the number, the ticket fare, seat remainder, etc.
