Lost Train Tickets Can be Replaced at RMB 2 from 10th May

The Ministry of Railways has announced that the train passengers that lose train ticket can report the loss and apply for a new one at a charge of RMB 2 from May 10.
When replacing the lost ticket, the passengers are required to offer the ticket detailed information and valid identification document at the ticket window, buy a new ticket for the train on the same schedule and pay the RMB 2 replacement fee. On arriving at the destination, the passengers can get the refund at the refund window base on the transport record by showing the identification document and the replaced ticket.
