Price Includes and Excludes
Included in the Tour Price
- All flights within China (oil fee, airport construction tax and the luggage allowance amount)
- All land transportation as specified in the itinerary.
- All accommodation as specified in the itinerary.
- Breakfasts, lunches & dinners at China's finest restaurants as specified in the itinerary.
- Services of local tour guides and the drivers (tips are not included)
- Entrance fees to all tourist sites and the activities. (Please note that very few spots inside the tourist sites may need extra admission ticket. You need to pay for it if you want to visit it.)
- Round–the-clock contacting service for any issue when you are in China.
- Assistance in handling emergency when you are in China.
Not included in the Tour Price
- International airfare to / from China, visa processing fees, travel insurance.
- Personal expenses such as alcoholic beverages, excess luggage fees, telephone charges, room service and laundry charges. Other optional incidental extras are not included and may be significant.
- Optional excursion expenses
- Gratuities to the China Host and service providers. (The tip amount depends on your satisfaction about the service you have received. Gratuities should be extended on a voluntary, individual basis)
- Travel Insurance is not included in this package but is strongly suggested to be taken out.
- Single room supplement if required

- If your itinerary states "free time" or "free day", no activities would be planned for you and your tour guide and driver would not be present.
- Prices are based on the current exchange rate and are subject to change. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy in US dollars.
- The pre-booked rooms, flights and so on are subject to change or maybe loss due to the unavoidable reasons beyond our control, we'll try our best to safeguard your rights and interests in the event of that.
- Hotel rooms before and after tours to avoid jet lag and possible flight delays, many guests prefer to make hotel arrangements for the nights before or after their tour. Guests who book additional nights through China Private Travel will have extra charge included in the quoted room price.
- Luggage Responsibility – Although detailed and careful effort is made to handle guests' luggage,we cannot take responsibility in, assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage to luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft, or fair wear and tear through hotel, airline and group carrier handling. Hence, it is important for your taking precaution to assure that you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities.
- Holidays and Museum Closures – Museum visits and personal shopping time may be disrupted due to unpredicted circumstances or many religious, state and local holidays locally observed. Like the National Day festival on October 1 lasts for one week. During these extended holidays, travelers to China will encounter large crowds and some inconvenience.
