Theme Pavilion, adorned with the Chinese traditional culture elements, has its own retranslation about the expo theme "Better City, Better Life" in its 5 exhibition halls.
The Urban Dwellers Hall, located at Pudong as the other two new avenues Urban Beings Hall and Urban Planet Hall, narrates the family stories of different occupations and of different continents in its five themed exhibition areas.
Urban Beings Hall shows you an array of 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake pictures to show how a city can still survive the relentless disaster with the help of the people living in it or caring about it.
Urban Planet Hall extends the scope to the planet that we are living on via the giant sphere in one of its five exhibition areas.
Situated the Puxi expo site, Urban Dreams Hall, the reformed projects as the Urban Footprints Hall, has two eye-catching exhibition areas which respectively present a city-model dance stage and various cartoon films about the future city.
Urban Footprints Hall in its three exhibition areas unveils the emergence and development of the urban civilization as well as the challenge brought by the global urbanization.
