Day 1 Beijing

Your private guide and driver will handle the transferring thing for you once you arrive in Beijing. Have a good rest in your hotel or explore the Beijing by yourself if you like to know more about this city. A brief orientation for the later China trip will be given.

Day 2 Beijing

Make an early visit to the Temple of Heaven which once forbade the commoners' entry and yet now turns into the exercising ground for the local. Join in them to exercise in Chinese exercising way, such as the Taichi, slow dancing and so on. Tour the rich-story-hidden Tiananmen Square before entering the imperial Forbidden City. Inspire your imagination when you draw the opera mask with the help of an experienced master', at the same time, know and learn the rich culture behind it. March your way in the shopping streets and soak in the dizzy ranges of Chinese items and the infectious voice of sellers if time permits. Day 3 Beijing

Tour the Great Wall at Mutianyu -- the less-crowed and easily-accessible section of the Great Wall to overlook the vast land beyond your eye and marvel at this majestic masterpiece on the cable car (Round trip). Stop by the nearby village, savor a tasty farmhouse meal, and at the same time, appreciate the unrestored section of Great Wall that stands not far away. You can climb up this pristine Great Wall section with your guide. Visit the spotlight of Beijing Olympic Game--Bird's Nest (National Stadium) and Water Cube (National Aquatics Center). Savor the crisp Peking duck. Today's tour is demanding, so please remember to wear your well broken in footwear to avoid the sore feet or blisters.

Day 4 Beijing - Xi'an

Visit a flower and pet market Guanyuan Market where the local frequent to kill time with their pals (or visit Panjiayuan Market at weekend--a market to sharpen or test your eyes for the second-hand stuffs). Tour fast-vanishing Hutong by lying back in the rickshaw to glimpse at the ordinary life of Beijingners by visiting a courtyard, chatting and making dumplings with its owner. Enter the Privtae Museum of the Old Beijingners' Stuffs in the Hutong trip to know about the past lifestyle of the Beijingners from their exhibited stuffs. Fly to Xi'an and meet your Xi'an personal tour guide and driver. An optional visit to the Giant Music Fountain of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square is a good choice if you want to make the most of the brief Xi'an tour time.

Day 5 Xi'an

Travel the Banpo Museum known for its time-honored culture collections. Besides the life-size Terracotta Warriors in the warrior museum, you have a chance to watch a short film about discovering this army. Continue your Xi'an history learning in the Shaanxi History Museum. Go and climb the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to enjoy a bird eye view from it. Savor the dumpling banquet to challenge and improve your chopstick using when handling the dodging dumplings.

Day 6 Xi'an - Chengdu

Ride the CO2-free bike along the broad City Wall. The Great Mosque, located in the Muslim Quarter, along with the Gao's Courtyard will provide you a tranquil oasis to shut off the tumultuous bazaar outside. The well-preserved architecture of the courtyard will unveil you the past luxury of the local wealthy family. Enjoy the combination of art and folk music--"shadow puppet" play in the Courtyard. Fly to Chengdu, hometown to the Giant Panda.

Day 7 Chengdu

Make your memorable visit to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to view many pandas those black-and-white plump fur balls that you cannot take your eyes off (If you do, the bamboo groves are good places for strolling). Go to the well preserved Buddhist temple--Wenshu Temple. Instantly wake your taste buds by the spicy Sichuan cuisine in your lunch. Drink tea in an open-air teahouse to peruse the relaxing life of Chengdu people. The rest of the time is free for you to experience or further explore the things interesting you. Enjoy Sichuan opera face changing and Fire breathing performance in the evening.

Day 8 Leshan - Mount Emei

Drive to the Leshan Giant Buddha carved from a mountain. Transfer to the hotel at the foot of Mount Emei with your sophisticated guide. Today's tour is demanding, so please remember to wear your well broken in footwear to avoid the sore feet or blisters.

Day 9 Mount Emei

Half drive and half walk before taking the cable car (Round trip) up to Jinding to marvel at the magnificent picture of sky, sea of clouds, mountains and immortals merging together as one. Descend the mountain on your private vehicle and stop at the Monastery of Ten Thousand Years. Then hike the remaining trip so you will not miss another fabulous scene. While descending, you will pass the Qing Yin Pavilion that may well soothe your mind. The following is one Line of Sky. Then arrive at the Ecological Monkey Area where you may be harried by the misbehaved and hungry monkeys for entertainment or foods. Please remember not fondle these cute monkeys that may be the devil in disguised and misbehave when he gets rage. Today's tour is strenuous, so please remember to wear your well broken in footwear to avoid the sore feet or blisters.

Day 10 Lhasa

On your arrival in Lhasa, you will be met by our experienced guide and transferred to your hotel to acclimatize the breath-taking altitude (altitude sickness may greet you 4-6hours after you arrive in Tibet and slow actions may help you better adapt to the high altitude).

Day 11 Lhasa

You will visit the Potala Palace, the power location of the lama. Go to the Sera Monastery which has preserved the valuable Tibetan scriptures. Make a Tibet home visit to know about the Tibetan's life.

Day 12 Lhasa - Shanghai

Go to the Norbulingka to know about the brief Tibetan history in a series of comic paintings. Another learning trip happens in the Tibet Museum. The Tibetan is heavily religious, judging from the sunken stone board for the countless worshipping Kowtows of the devotee in the Jokhang Temple. Stroll along the Barkhor Street to sense the inimitable atmosphere here from the peculiar goods and special Tibetans' behaviors. Transfer from the remote Tibet to the vibrant Shanghai via fight.

Day 13 Shanghai

Shanghai Museum and the new Shanghai landmark--the World Financial Center will well display you a different China in different time--the country with rich and long history and the one with soaring development. Visit the tranquil Longhua Temple and try the temple's delicious and healthy vegetarian dishes. Go to the Temple of the Town Gods and taste the delicacies in the market near the temple. Roam around the private garden--Yuyuan Garden to sense the cleverly-designed exquisiteness. A daring and stunning acrobatic show will call it a night.

Day 14 Shanghai

Immerse in the Shanghainese's life in a host family for half a day. During the time, you could visit the local markets, take a look of the original cuisines you will cook under the guidance of your host family and bargain with the vendors or learn the Chinese bargain way. Throw yourself in the local community activities. The rest of the day is free for you to explore.

Day 15 Farewell Shanghai

Let maglev train (luxury seat) transfer you to your departing airplane at lightning speed.
