New "Entry-exit Health and Quarantine Declaration Form" Applied

Entry-exit Health and Quarantine Institutes in all ports were required to apply the new "Entry-exit Health and Quarantine Declaration Form" from May 18, 2009, said Mr. Li Yuanping, the spokesman of the General Administration for Quality Supervision.
Symptoms that are declared by inbound persons on the new declaration card need to be adjusted from 8 to 11. What's more, all inbound persons are required to make a report on their 7 days' itinerary in continent of China, including their detail accommodation address, telephone number, their continue travel transportation as well as their flights ( vehicles, vessels), etc. All of these will be contribute to win the anti-war of H1N1.
