Forbidden City Plans to Limit Visitor Number

Forbidden City has released plans to control the visitor number. One is to set two days for free visits during off season when fewer than 80,000 visitors are admitted to getting tickets online. One is to set two or three days for free visits during National Day Holiday (from 1st to 7th Oct.) when the museum tickets are only issued online. Included in the plans is also promoting ticket sales for afternoon visits in July and August.
