Kunming Changshui International Airport is officially opened on 28th June, marked by the first flight MU5939 taking off from this new airport.
This relocated Kunming airport, 26 km far from the downtown, has replaced the Kunming Wujiaba Airport and runs as a gateway hub airport of southwest China to connecting Europe, Asia and Africa.
