New Policies Refunding and Changing Train Ticket from 3rd December 2014

China Railway has carried out new policies for refunding and changing ticket on 3rd December, following the 60-day pre-sale period adjustment on 1st December.
According to the new rules, tickets returned 15 days or earlier ahead of departure can be fully refunded. Tickets changed 48 hours or earlier ahead of departure can be changed to any other available tickets within the 60-day pre-sale period. Tickets changed within 48 hours prior to departure can be changed to any other available options departing before 24:00 on the original date. Even after the train leaves, tickets can still be changed, but only to those with same destination station and departing before 24:00.
