Nanchang-Xiamen in 5 hours by High Speed Railway

Xiangtang-Putian railway was officially opened on 26th September, linking Fuzhou city in Fujian province and Nanchang city in Jiangxi province.
With the new line, the transfer between Xiamen and Nanchang is shortened to 4.5 hours from 17 hours and the travel between Nanchang and Fuzhou is cut to 3.5 hours from 11 hours. Now it takes 4.5 hours to transfer from Jiujiang to Fuzhou, 6.5 hours from Wuhan to Fuzhou, 6 hours from Jiujiang to Xiamen and 7.5 hours from Wuhan to Xiamen.
